A patient presents with a butterfly rash across the cheeks and nose, photosensitivity and joint pain affecting multiple joints, especially the fingers and wrists. Laboratory results reveal elevated antinuclear antibodies ( ANA ) ( > 1:320 ) and anti-double-stranded DNA ( Anti-dsdna ) antibodies. Additionally, the patient reports fatigue, hair loss and recurrent oral ulcers. These symptoms and laboratory findings suggest a multisystem autoimmune disorder requiring comprehensive evaluation and treatment.
