Mr. Santos, a 45-year-old male, presents to the clinic with abdominal pain, diarrhea and weight loss. He has a family history of Crohn’s disease. Upon further assessment and the nurse suspects that Mr. Santos may have inflammatory bowel disease ( IBD ).
