A 55-year-old man complains of sudden onset chest pain that feels like pressure or squeezing, radiating to his left arm and jaw. He also experiences sweating, nausea and shortness of breath. On examination, he appears pale and diaphoretic, with elevated heart rate and blood pressure. An ECG reveals St-segment elevation or depression and indicating myocardial ischemia.
